Sales Enablement Coordinator
We usually respond within two weeks
At Oceania, we're committed to care, connection and finding better ways to make a difference. We're looking for a warm, proactive and customer-focused Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a busy sales environment.
About the role
As our Sales Enablement Coordinator, you'll often be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families exploring retirement village living or aged care options.
You'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression, understanding individual needs and connecting people with the right Oceania village or care centre.
Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, you'll help keep our sales pipeline moving and ensure every enquiry receives a timely, professional and caring response.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, website and other channels, including our 0800 number.
Building rapport with prospective residents and their families, understanding their needs and providing helpful information.
Qualifying enquiries and connecting prospective residents with the appropriate village or care centre.
Coordinating appointments with our site teams.
Managing and updating customer information in HubSpot CRM.
Proactively following up enquiries and opportunities to support the sales process.
Delivering a consistently positive customer experience that reflects Oceania's values.
About you
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can balance a warm, empathetic approach with strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A natural ability to build relationships and connect with people from all walks of life.
Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple enquiries and priorities.
Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
Experience in retirement living or aged care would be beneficial, but what's most important is your attitude, communication skills and commitment to providing a great customer experience.
Hours of work
This is a fixed-term, part-time position until 14 February 2027, working 20 hours per week across the following days:
Tuesday to Thursday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
