We’re now looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Business Partner to join our clinical team and help drive continuous quality improvement across our care centres.
About the Role
This is a key role in supporting operational excellence through robust quality systems, risk mitigation, and clinical capability building. You’ll partner with care centres and operational leaders to embed a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement—ensuring our residents consistently receive high-quality care aligned with clinical best practice.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with operations to implement quality strategies and monitor clinical performance
- Support the integration of the Fundamentals of Care framework and lead local improvement initiatives
- Lead audits, analyse data, and identify opportunities to enhance care delivery
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline clinical processes
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and support facilities during audits and inspections
- Provide education, coaching, and mentorship to frontline teams to build quality capability
- Lead workshops and learning sessions to embed a culture of safety and accountability
- Present insights and recommendations to guide clinical and operational decision-making
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality management or clinical governance
- Background in aged care or multi-site healthcare environments (preferred)
- Strong skills in audit, incident review, and risk management
- Ability to apply quality improvement frameworks and interpret complex data
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or similar; postgrad qualification in Quality, Education, or Clinical Leadership preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and coaching skills
- Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and safety frameworks
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about person-centred, high-quality care
