Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, savvy, Executive Assistant to join the team at Oceania’s corporate office in Auckland CBD. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you’ll be highly organised and professional with your organisation and interpersonal skills. In this role, you’ll support and maximise the productivity of multiple executives by ensuring they’re prepared and informed.
You’ll be experienced in managing calendars, planning events, and managing expectations. Your excellent organisational skills allow you to manage priorities and workloads efficiently and calmly and you are a natural at knowing what is important and when you need to politely push back.
You will have 3+ years of proven Executive Assistant experience in a dynamic and complex environment, preferably in a regulated environment and/or a listed company. You will have advanced technology and communication skills, will be discreet and confidential. As you will be supporting multiple Executives, your ability to juggle conflicting priorities and handle dynamic expectations will be key.
