Digital Performance & Insights Manager
We usually respond within two weeks
At Oceania, we believe every journey matters. Whether someone is exploring retirement living for the first time or supporting a loved one to find the right care, our digital experience plays a vital role in helping people make some of life's most important decisions.
We're looking for a Digital Performance & Insights Manager to help shape that experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on turning data into action. You'll play a key role in enhancing Oceania's digital performance, bringing together website optimisation, search marketing, marketing technology, customer insights and analytics to ensure our marketing investment delivers meaningful commercial outcomes.
Working closely with our General Manager Marketing and Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll influence campaign performance, optimise the customer journey and provide the insights that support smarter marketing and business decisions.
What you'll be doing
As our Digital Performance & Insights Manager, you'll:
Lead the performance and optimisation of Oceania's website, continually improving user experience, accessibility and enquiry conversion.
Partner with our marketing team and agency providers to maximise SEO, SEM and digital campaign performance.
Bring a digital performance lens to every campaign, reviewing targeting, tracking, measurement and optimisation opportunities to maximise marketing effectiveness.
Maximise the marketing value of HubSpot and other marketing technologies, strengthening attribution, lead tracking, reporting and marketing automation capabilities.
Develop dashboards and performance reporting that translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
Analyse customer behaviour, marketing performance and conversion data to identify trends, opportunities and recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.
Work closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to enhance the customer journey from initial enquiry through to residency.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation and AI to improve marketing capability, efficiency and customer experience.
What you'll bring
You'll combine commercial thinking with a genuine curiosity about customer behaviour and digital performance. You're equally comfortable analysing data, challenging assumptions and working collaboratively with others to improve marketing performance and customer outcomes.
We're looking for someone who has:
5+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing analytics or customer insights.
Strong knowledge of website optimisation, SEO, SEM and digital customer journeys.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms to support lead management, reporting and marketing effectiveness.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, practical business recommendations.
Experience developing performance dashboards and measuring campaign and marketing effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across a range of teams.
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commerce, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
Experience within retirement living, healthcare or property will be viewed favourably but isn't essential.
