Resident Concierge

We are looking for a Resident Concierge who will be the heart and soul of The Helier’s residents experience.
As the face of our community, you’ll act as both an ambassador and a warm, generous host -ensuring every resident enjoys a seamless, personalised, and premium lifestyle experience from pre-move-in through to daily living.
This is a dynamic leadership role where you’ll oversee concierge operations, lead a high-performing front-of-house team, and curate meaningful resident experiences that set The Helier apart.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences
Create a welcoming, premium environment where residents feel at home
Build strong relationships with residents and their families/whānau
Proactively gather feedback and resolve concerns quickly and effectively
Lead Concierge & Front-of-House Operations
Oversee reception, guest services, and lifestyle offerings
Lead and support receptionists, night managers, chauffeurs, and lifestyle coordinators
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high service standards
Curate Lifestyle & Events
Plan and deliver engaging events, activations, and experiences
Manage communications across multiple platforms (including the Together App)
Coordinate bookings, services, and amenities such as transport, wellness, and entertainment
Drive Service Excellence
Act as a brand ambassador for The Helier and Oceania
Build strong relationships with local suppliers and service providers
Continuously improve service offerings to maintain a market-leading experience
Operational & Administrative Leadership
Manage rosters, reporting, and operational processes
Support onboarding of new residents and staff
Oversee booking systems, service protocols, and internal communications
About You
You’re a natural host and experienced leader who thrives in a premium service environment.
You’ll bring:
At least 5 years’ experience in a concierge, duty manager, or senior customer service role
Experience in luxury hotels, lodges, or high-end hospitality environments
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide a team
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
Confidence using digital systems and operational software
A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence
