Wellbeing Business Partner
We usually respond within two weeks
At Oceania, we’re reimagining what it means to live and age well. Our people are passionate about making the difference - for our residents, their whānau, and each other. If you’re driven by purpose and want your work to have real impact every day, this could be the role for you.
We’re looking for a Wellbeing Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term, part time basis covering parental leave. This is a unique opportunity to shape and support how wellbeing is delivered across our villages and care centres.
About the role
This is a dynamic role where you’ll partner closely with village and care leadership teams to strengthen the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of resident wellbeing and experience.
You’ll lead the design and evolution of wellbeing programmes, support teams on the ground, and develop practical tools and frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple sites.
No two days will look the same - you might be facilitating a cluster session with wellbeing teams, refining and designing programme resources, supporting a village coordinator or reviewing insights to improve resident engagement.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and enhancing wellbeing programmes that make a meaningful difference to residents’ lives
Supporting villages and care teams to deliver engaging, consistent wellbeing experiences
Developing digital tools, resources, and frameworks that make it easier for teams to do great work
Partnering with wellbeing teams across the business to provide practical, solutions-focused support
Leading collaboration across wellbeing teams and sharing best practice
Coordinating complaints processes and supporting continuous improvement
Using data, feedback, and insights to lift participation and resident satisfaction
What you’ll bring
You’ll be someone who thrives on working with people, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering outcomes that matter.
Experience in wellbeing, resident experience, health, education, hospitality, or similar
Confidence working across multiple sites or in complex environments
Strong relationship-building skills - you bring people together and build trust quickly
The ability to influence and support others without direct authority
A proactive mindset - you look for better ways and take initiative
Strong organisation and communication skills
A genuine commitment to enhancing resident wellbeing and experience
