What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a senior hospitality or supervisory role, ideally within fine dining or premium service environments
A natural leader who enjoys supporting, mentoring, and working alongside others
A strong passion for delivering exceptional, resident-centred service
Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and respectful approach
A strong focus on health, safety, food hygiene, and compliance standards
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
What you'll be doing:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing restaurant and bar service at The Helier, ensuring residents receive an exceptional dining experience at all times.
In the absence of the Maître d’, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and room service, leading the service team, maintaining luxury service standards, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless hospitality delivery.
You’ll play a key role in:
Creating welcoming, refined dining experiences
Leading and supporting service staff
Ensuring hygiene, safety, and service excellence
Building trusted relationships with residents and families
Taking pride in every detail that contributes to outstanding service
