About the Role
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage and process revenue and receivables for a cluster of our sites. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
This is a fixed-term contract for 8 months covering parental leave.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate resident billing, invoicing, receipting and reconciliations
- Creating and maintaining resident records in our systems
- Preparing payment schedules and processing credit notes and refunds
- Investigating and resolving AR queries
- Supporting Credit Control and the wider Finance Team with reporting and reconciliation
- Assisting in tracking aged debtors and following up on overdue accounts
- Participating in ongoing improvements to accounts receivable processes
- Helping ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety policies
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Great attention to detail with a passion for accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Customer service focus with the ability to work independently
- Experience with finance systems (advantageous)
