Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks around our facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment and systems.
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and improvements as necessary.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a maintenance or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule, with availability to address urgent issues as they arise.
