Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks around our facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our residents and staff.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of equipment and systems.
- Respond efficiently to maintenance requests and identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and improvements as necessary.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a maintenance or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule, with availability to address urgent issues as they arise.
- The right to work in New Zealand
