The role
Our Redwood Care Centre and Village in Blenheim are looking for a part-time Guest Services Coordinator to join their dedicated team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering outstanding hospitality services for all care suite residents
- Bringing smiles to residents faces on a daily basis with your kind, caring and helpful nature
- Liaising with external leisure suppliers, instructors and volunteers
- Coordinating the services and special facilities offered to residents and their families
- Offering current knowledge on all facility products, services, policies, and emergency procedures
- Engaging with residents to provide general assistance, as requested.
What you’ll bring:
- A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry
- Experience in a front of house role
- The ability to provide an excellent customer service experience to our residents
- Energy, initiative and a strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- An empathetic and passionate nature
- A team first, can-do attitude
- Excellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft suite
- Eligibility to work in NZ.
