Kathryn Waugh

Chief Financial Officer | BSc, CA (Institute Chartered Accountants Scotland)

Kathryn joined the Oceania team in 2009 and has been heavily involved in a wide range of corporate transactions over her 15-year tenure.

Kathryn was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in March 2021 and is responsible for the finance, shared services, investor relations, sustainability, and technology delivery teams.

With over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, Kathryn previously held senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
