Chief Legal and Risk Officer | BA, LLB

Claire offers significant legal expertise as a qualified lawyer with two decades of legal and corporate finance experience.

After holding key positions in the banking sector and practicing at two major New Zealand law firms, Claire joined the Oceania team in early 2024 as Group General Counsel.

Claire quickly moved into her current role as Chief Legal and Risk Officer, where she is responsible for managing Oceania’s legal risk, risk management framework, regulatory engagement, and compliance. Claire also ensures good governance as the Company Secretary.
