The role

Our Waterford premium retirement village in Hobsonville Point are looking for a part time energetic experienced Cleaner to join their dedicated operations team. This role offers between 25-30 hours per week, including early morning shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

• Take ownership managing all aspects of Waterford site cleaning  
• All aspects of Cleaning the residents communal and living spaces that meets the needs of the residents and site staff to a high standard.
• Following set policies and procedures to ensure sites areas are sanitised, safe, and hazard free
• Enjoying a role with plenty of variety

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in a housekeeping or cleaning position
• Passionate about delivering quality cleaning services
• Knowledge and experience in chemical handling
• This is an autonomous role, you must be self-motivated, proactive with a strong eye for detail
• Strong communication skills essential
• Ability to work within a high performing operations team
• A friendly nature, with respect for our residents and team
• A passion for ensuring a safe environment
• The ability to work on a rostered shift basis
• The right to work in New Zealand essential
