Our Gracelands site in Hastings is looking for a Sales and Village Manager to lead their dedicated team.
What you’ll be doing:
In this leadership role, you will manage all aspects of the daily running of the village and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional and innovative services that will delight our residents.
You will be accountable for maximising sales revenue from independent living units including ongoing development on the site.
What you’ll bring:
High energy levels to build a vibrant village atmosphere that maximises resident satisfaction
Leadership skills with proven experience in building an effective team
Strong administration skills and an ability to work across multiple computer systems with ease
Proven experience growing a business and exceeding goals and KPIs
Strong commercial acumen and an ability to manage a P&L at an operational level
Experience in developing strong partnership alliances
A quality-focus with a relentless drive to deliver clinical and service excellence
Strong personal values that are aligned with ours and a passion for aged care
Excellent customer relationship and people management skills
Composure under pressure
