Village Manager

A great opportunity to lead our Eden Village. Situated in the heart of the desirable Mt Eden Village, Eden offers beautifully finished independent living apartments, as well as an exclusive village community centre with a cinema, café and bar, lounge, dining, outdoor seating and BBQ area, gym, and library.
In this key leadership role, you will manage all aspects of the daily running of the independent village and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional and innovative services.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
- Leadership skills with proven experience in building an effective team
- High energy levels to build a vibrant independent village atmosphere that enhances resident satisfaction
- Strong administration skills and an ability to work across multiple computer systems with ease
- Proven experience in exceeding goals and KPIs
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to manage a P&L at an operational level
- Management of internal and external stakeholders
We are looking for a person who has:
- A customer service ethos with the desire to improve the daily lives of our residents
- Strong personal values that are aligned with ours
- Excellent customer relationship and people management skills
- A drive for results and passion for growing the business and making sales
- Highly tuned problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Composure under pressure
- Empathy and a passion for Retirement living
- Full clean driver’s license and the right to work in New Zealand.
