  • The flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis

Administrator - Green Gables

We are seeking a motivated, full time Administrator to join our kind and caring team at our Green Gables Village, nestled in the heart of Nelson.

Reporting directly to the Business and Care Manager, you will be responsible for first impressions and administrative functions ensuring the smooth running of service delivery. You will deliver an exceptional experience for all residents and guests.

You will be a team player, who has professional customer service and can bring style and calm to a busy and demanding role.

Key Requirements

  • Payroll, accounts payable/receivable experience essential
  • Aged Care administration experience preferred
  • 3 years' experience in a customer facing or similar position
  • The ability to engage with residents to provide administrative assistance
  • Excellent communicator
  • Issues/complaints management experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of systems
  • Eligibility to work in NZ
  • Availabilty to work Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Using your advanced clinical knowledge, you will lead and inspire our clinical team to ensure optimal care is provided to our residents.

You will be responsible for developing, coaching, and mentoring the clinical team, you will foster critical thinking and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

We are seeking a full time Kitchen Assistant at Whareama Rest Home, in Stoke, Nelson.

You will be assisting with meal preparation and general kitchen duties and be passionate about preparing food to a high-quality standard. Mostly for morning and afternoon tea and you will be responsible for assisting our healthcare team in serving our residents for their lunch and evening meal.

In return you will have access to NZ accredited training and development opportunities with ongoing mentoring by our experienced kitchen team.

  • The ability to work on a rostered shift basis
  • Baking skills an advantage
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly organized
