Administrator

We are seeking a motivated full time Administrator to join our team at our Amberwood Village in Massey.

Reporting directly to the Business and Care Manager, you will be responsible for first impressions and administrative functions ensuring the smooth running of the village. You will deliver an exceptional experience for all residents and guests.

You will be a team player, who has professional customer service, warm and welcoming and can bring style and calm to a busy and demanding role.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a customer facing or similar position
  • Experience with payroll and accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
  • Engage with residents to provide administrative assistance
  • Ensure that all resident issues/complaints are escalated promptly and completely
  • Answer and direct general enquiries regarding sales, accounts and services
  • Eligibility to work in NZ
  • Excellent computer skills

Laundry Driver

About the role

This is a full-time position, working 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday and is based in our Central Laundry in Massey. As a Laundry Driver, you will work in a fast-paced environment that is committed to delivering an excellent service.

Your duties will include general laundry assistant duties and making deliveries/pickups of Laundry around our care facilities and retirement villages in Auckland.

About You

You will be able to multitask, follow instruction, work well in a team environment and understand the importance of following set policies and procedures. You will also bring:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • A full clean NZ Drivers licence - class 2 preferred
  • The ability to keep a clear logbook
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
  • A good general level of physical fitness
  • A strong eye for detail.
