Maintenance Person - Green Gables

Green Gables is our newest centre to be launched, right in the heart of the sunny Nelson CBD. Our new, modern Village will boast beautifully appointed independent living apartments and luxury Care Suites. The complex has architecturally designed living spaces and communal areas for our residents to enjoy.

This is a role that will utilise your skills as a 'Jack of all Trades' to undertake maintenance duties at our facility. We need someone that is reliable, can think outside the box and is self-motivated.

You will be approachable and friendly as you will have interactions with our residents, visitors, staff and external contractors. This is a part time role, 25+ hours per week.

You will be a team player, who has a professional approach to their work with a friendly and helpful manner who takes pride in their work. This role will be permanent part time, 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday mornings - start time flexible.

Cleaner - Whareama

We are seeking a Casual Cleaner at Whareama in Nelson. You will be responsible for undertaking general cleaning duties and assist with all aspects of the cleaning service, ensuring all areas around the facility are safe and hazard free.

Working closely with other staff and residents we can offer you a warm and friendly team environment where you can achieve your full potential.

Key Requirements:

  • The ability to work on a rostered shift basis
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Experience in a similar environment would be an advantage
  • Eye for details and able to follow set cleaning procedures
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit

Cleaner - Green Gables

The complex has architecturally designed living spaces and communal areas for our residents to enjoy.

You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the common spaces and the resident's rooms. You will also assist managing clean laundry deliveries into the facility.

You will be a team player, who has a professional approach to their work with a friendly and helpful manner who takes pride in their work. This role will be permanent part time, 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday mornings - start time flexible.
