Are you super organised, love helping people, and can pull data out of systems like a magician pulls rabbits out of a hat? Then we'd love to talk to you.
What is the role about?
We are looking for a new People Team Coordinator for our People Team based by Victoria Park in the city.
From running our core HR information systems, managing our people records, drafting employment agreements, screening CVs and reporting, this role has a bit of everything in it. It's definitely the glue that holds the team together and makes us all succeed.

There will be a team of senior people who'll be delighted to help you learn and grow in this role.
Who would this role suit?
It would be a great step up for an HR administrator who's who is keen to move in time into an advisory role, or a career administrator who is keen to broaden out into the people arena.

You'll be the type of person others seek out to correct their grammar and formatting! You won't be afraid of asking questions, giving and seeking feedback.
We believe there is always room to do things better so if you are the kind of person that loves process improvement and simplifying how things are done with the end customer in mind and challenging the dumb rules, that would be a massive advantage. You'll have loads of initiative, be resourceful, able to connect the dots and can pick things up quickly.
You need to have well developed administrative and organisational skills and an eye for detail to assist with the delivery of a super-efficient people function. You'll definitely need great excel, reporting, and IT skills.
